I just installed this two days ago and it worked great. Now it's horrible broken. Unusable.

Please let us know what exactly happens when you try to use the Adobe Scan application.
Did you check if the application is updated to the latest version available?
It would be helpful if you can share the make and model of the device on which you are using the application.
Also, please share the OS and application version installed on your device.
