Hello,

I scanned many files with adobe scan, all were below 100 pages,

There was one file which had 90 pages ,and i added 15 pages more which exceeded 100 page limit,as soon as i click on save pdf..app showed an error occured, since that file was not uploaded to cloud so i dont have any backup, but i didnt delete file from adobe scan or from cloud or i didnt deleted any app data(i didnt know that after 100 pages there is subscription fee etc)

Neither i can modify, share, save to google drive, nor to upload on gdrive

Any way to recover that file

(I think it happened bcoz of 100 page limit, not sure though)

Thank you in advance

Hi @Meghraj3007876334t2,

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Adobe Scan.

I suggest checking on the Acrobat CloudStorage: https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/documents/ in the Adobe Scan folder.

If the file isn't available there, I fear you will need to rescan to get the file.

Hope this clarifies your question.

I have the same issue - none of my files that were scanned using Adobe Scan PRIOR to 2024 are in my documents folder. I have no access to documents I need for work. It is like the new year happened and poof, all documents dated 2023 are GONE.

Hi @Tatiana34911328exva,

Please share the information below for further investigation:

1. Have you checked the different accounts you might have used with Scan (Sign in with Adobe versus social sign-in)?
2. Which platform do you experience the issue with? Scan Android, Scan iOS, and Acrobat online. Please login to Acrobat Online ( https://acrobat.adobe.com/) using the same login credentials as in the app and confirm whether your files are visible in Acrobat Online under the Documents section in the Adobe Scan folder.
3. Are all the scanned files missing, or only some files?
4. When did the issue start? Any details about any actions taken then?
5. Scan app build version, device model, and OS version.
