Recupero scansione dal programma Adobe scan

Oggi sono entrata nell'app di Adobe Scan per poter inviare via mail i link per lo scarico su PEC di alcune scansioni, inizialmente mi dava error DFCFileSystemDomain 3 quando cercavo di aprirne una, provando sulle altre mi dava lo stesso errore, anche se tentavo di condividerle. Uscendo e rientrando nell'app e cercando le solite scansioni non c'erano più. Potreste aiutarmi in qualche modo? Avrei necessità di recuperarle al più presto.

Thank you for posting your query here. Could you help me with few details to understand your issue better?  

  1. Have you deleted it from your device or from the application?  
  2. Application version?  

   

To check your document cloud:  

Adobe Scan saves the documents as PDF in the Adobe Document Cloud. You may check your saved files over here, Open the link Adobe Document Cloud. 

  • If you are not uploading the files to Adobe Document Cloud or saving it to any other location, then the files will be deleted permanently.  

It is not possible to retrieve the files once deleted directly from the application.  

   

I would suggest you always save a copy of the file to some other location or you can upload the files to Document Cloud.  

If the files were saved within the application, they are by default uploaded to Document Cloud.  

  1. Open Document Cloud and sign in with your Adobe ID and the password.   
  2. Then go to Files > Document Cloud > Adobe Scan folder.  
  3. Here you will see the Adobe Scan folder. Please look for your files here.  

   

Otherwise, there's not much we can do to recover those files for you.

Salve, mi è capitata la stessa cosa. Ho scaricato Adobe scan una settimana fa. Stamattina ho fatto 9 scan, ho salvato ogni pdf nell'app e alle 14 ce n'era solo uno, l'ultimo. Tutti gli altri sono spariti e non è vero che sono stati salvati su Document Cloud automaticamente.

I hope you are doing well. I am sorry for the trouble.

 

Were you connected to the internet when creating the PDFs using Adobe Scan? If yes, please follow the below steps once;

1. Log out of Adobe Scan;

2. Restart the device;

3. Log in back to Adobe Scan and then check.

Salve,

è successa la stessa cosa anche a me. Un attimo prima vedevo i pdf salvati e rinominati, un attimo dopo scomparsi, dopo aver selezionato "condividi via e-mail".

L'assistenza mi ha detto che probabilmente c'è stato un errore di sincronizzazione durante l'upload e che non è possibile recuperare i file. Mi ha inoltre consigliato di fare backup dei lavori.... ad averlo saputo prima!

Trattandosi di scansioni di pratiche visionate durante un accesso atti, sono costretta a chiedere un nuovo appuntamento in Provincia e ripetere tutto.

We need some more information for a better understanding:

 

1. Have you checked the different accounts you might have used with Scan (Sign in with Adobe versus social sign-in)?

2. Which platform do you experience the issue with? Scan Android, Scan iOS, and Acrobat online. Please login to Acrobat Online (https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/home/?linkId=100000280018866 ) using the same login credentials as in the app and confirm whether your files are visible in Acrobat online under the 'Documents' section in the Adobe Scan folder.

3. Are all the scanned files missing, or only some files?

4. When did the issue start? Any details about any actions taken then?

5. Scan app build version, device model, and OS version.

6. Also share a small video recording of the steps you are taking and the issue as it occurs for more clarity.
