Olá, 

Descobri que fui cobrado pela assinatura da Adobe após o teste gratuito, pois esqueci de cancelá-la. Não uso mais o serviço e gostaria de um reembolso. Tentei cancelar, mas ocorre um erro. Preciso de ajuda.

A refund depends on when you cancel and the type of subscription you purchased. As you have purchased the subscription via Apple, please contact the App store for the cancellation and refund process.

 

For Monthly Subscriptions:

- Canceling a monthly subscription after 14 days of your initial purchase?

No refund is available. Your service continues until the end of your subscription period.

- Canceling a monthly subscription within 48 hours of initial purchase?

You are eligible for a full refund from the App store. You can cancel your subscription and get a refund.
