Using iOS

I have taking photos of pages from book, but as "document"--i the PDF apperance looks better.  However, when i "save PDF" it saves it as "Book..." and NOT "document..." and looks like jpeg not PDG?  What am I doing wrong?  This started to happen only recently.

Thanks.

Hi there,

Hope you’re doing well.

I tried to reproduce the issue on my end, but everything is working as expected. Could you share a small video of the steps you’re taking and the issue as it occurs for more clarity?

Also, as you mentioned, “It looks like a JPEG and not a PDF,” please clarify what you’re noticing? Is there any specific action you’re trying to perform on the scanned file that’s causing trouble? If you’re seeing any error messages, a screenshot would be great for further troubleshooting.

Could you also let us know the iOS version and Adobe Scan app version you’re using? To check this tap on the Profile icon > About Adobe Scan. Also, make sure the app is updated to the latest version from the App Store and try restarting your device to see if that works.

Let us know how it goes.
