Scan lost while trying to Save PDF

I just lost 331 pages worth of scans. That was about 2 work hours worth of scanning and cropping.

While the file was trying to save, the user data of the android app kept growing to 10GB+ at which point the app crashed.

When I re opened the app nothing was there. Nothing was saved to Adobe's cloud either.

User data still shows 10GB.

How can I recover my files?

Please save the "try scanning smaller batches in the future" comment for your grandma.

TIA

Hello Esteben,

I hope you are doing well. I am sorry for your experience with Adobe Scan.

Scanning larger files depends upon the processor and the make of the device and how it handles.

Also, it is advisable to scan batches of up to 50 pages at a time and then combine them together for a better experience.

If the file is not available on the cloud storage too, I am afraid you will need to scan the file again to save it.

Let me know if this answers your question.

Thanks,

Souvik.
