scanning issues

Attempting to scan a book (side-by-side) via mobile phone.   Works fine until accessed on the laptop for editing.   On the laptop (cloud), the 30 page file has been duplicated, pages are out of sequence in some places and upside down.   When attempting to edit (delete dupes, right-side photos, etc.) it performs the function but then I get an error message when trying to save the revised file.   Can anyone comment on what to do?

As described, everything works fine until accessed on the laptop for editing. It seems to be the issue with the application you are using on the laptop for editing.

 

Would you mind sharing a small video recording of the steps you are taking to edit the PDF on your laptop and the issue as it occurs?

 

What is the application you are using on the laptop for editing? Please check for any pending/missing updates and try updating the application to its latest version and reboot the device once and check if that works.
