I selected some scans I don't needed anymore and wanted to deleted them. I just ticked 5 or 6 ones and when I pressed "delete" and looked if it worked, all the scans from mid July 2018 till today were gone, I guess they are also deleted but I don't know why. Is there any chance to contact adobe to get them back?
Some really important documents where under the ones who got deleted. I hope anyone can help.

If the documents are deleted, then there is no way to get them back.
As you have mentioned above that you have selected only a few scans to delete. It is not possible for the document to delete itself.
The Adobe Scan saves all the scanned document to Document Cloud. You may try once to check your documents online.
Open this link Adobe Document Cloud and sign in with the same email address that you use for Adobe Scan application.
Then go to Files > Adobe Scan folder and check if you can see your files there.
Try once to sign out of the Adobe Scan application and re-install the application.
Check if that makes any difference.
