Hello! Today, my school sent me an email stating that I do not have access to their student subscription anymore. They just informed the stopped my access there was not any warning or notice before hand. I tried to get some scans I save on my account during the weekend and I cannot find them. Actually I cannot see any file I saved. Please, I would like to know how can I recover those scans. I would really appreciate any help or guidance with this. Thank you!

I hope you are doing well. I am sorry for your experience with accessing files on the Document Cloud.
Since Adobe Scan saves files directly to the cloud and if you do not a local copy of the files saved, I am afraid you will not able to access the files again. The files get deleted with the access of the account revoked,
