the docuemnt disappeared after editing the color

The document disappeared after editing the color. In addition, the app is very slow and takes a long time to take a photo and process it to the next page, compared to the app installed 2-3 years before. The document is about 700M in size though only less than 50M documents are shown in the app.

The version is 24.12.10.
It happened twice but not every time. I have updated to teh last version.
But I can not record teh video as it doesnot happen every time.

Both have been done but these problems continue. Since it's not happened every time, I cannot provide a short video. But recently after one scanning and clicking save, it took a long time. When I updated the second scanned document, it was replaced with the prior document, and the new one disappeared.
