Adobe scans have not been transferred using Samsung Smart Switch from one device to another. Any way to select all files and transfer them to another device directly?

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Adobe Scan.
I suggest you check the Adobe Account on which the scans are synced on the Adobe Cloud Storage: https://acrobat.adobe.com/
If the files are available there, please check if you are signed in with the correct email address on the Adobe Scan application.
If the files are still not visible and you have a copy of the files on your device, you can upload the scans by logging in to the same portal under the Scan folder.
