Trouble uploading in scan - Adobe Scan

O aplicativo para Android depois de uma atualização simplesmente fica permanentemente esperando para fazer o upload para a nuvem mas nunca faz, como se não tivesse internet (enquanto outros aplicativos no mesmo dispositivo funcionam perfeitamente). No entanto, antes da atualização ele funcionava bem e sem demora. Agora parou mesmo em redes boas.

Sorry for the delay in response.

 

Please sign out of the application and uninstall it.

Then reboot the device and re-install the application from the Google Play Store on your Android device.

Check if that resolves the issue.

 

If the issue still persists, please share the application and OS version on the device.

In the meantime, you may check your scanned PDFs online on Document Cloud.

Open this link https://documentcloud.adobe.com/ and sign in using the same credentials that you use for Adobe Scan application.

Then go to Files >  Adobe Scan folder.
