I already have an account that is paid for through my iTunes. My phone broke & I had to get a new one. So now when I scan something they disappear & it tells me I need a subscription

Would you mind sharing more details about the issue you are experiencing? Are you getting the message to re-subscribe while using the Adobe Scan app?
The Adobe Scan mobile app is a free application and it does not require any subscription to use on mobile devices.

Are you getting the message while using any service/tool in the freeware Adobe Reader mobile application?
Make sure you are logged in with the same email address (Adobe ID) through which you subscribed to the license/subscription.
Would it be possible to share a screenshot of the application on which you are getting the message?

Sorry for the trouble caused.
Could you please provide more details about the issue?
- Did the issue occurs only with the new scans you try to Save as PDF?
- If you switch from the “Recents” to the “All Scans” tab do you see any files?
- Since when the issue started occurring?
- What is the current version of the application?
- Share the OS version n the device.
- It would be helpful if you can share the video recording while reproducing the issue.

Mcartwright, this happened to me too. I uninstalled the app and then reinstalled it and all of my scans showed back up. Maybe that would work for you.
