Respected sir/mam

I am a 4th year B.Tech student Rajasthan, INDIA. Due to pandemic, I gave my online exams for the seventh semester in the month of January this year in which I scanned my copies using adobe scanner and submitted to the respective Google forms. Now my college authority is denying the submission of 3 out of my 7 papers and are penalising me wrongfully by failing me in the semester and I am asked to repeat the entire year again. I have been begging/requesting them to check their records to see that I have indeed submitted my responses and may be because of a technical glitch it is not showing up in their database currently. I have been asked to provide the copies with exact date and time authorized by Adobe as a proof. So I request you to kindly look into this matter and give me the proof with exact date and time of my scanned copies. This would help save my career and would restore my faith in technology.

Hi,

Hope you are doing well.

As you have mentioned that you wanted to know if it possible to get the date and time on scanned documents so you can use then as a proof in your college. In Adobe Scan mobile application you only get the date on each scan but to get the timestamp too, kindly sign in to https://documentcloud.adobe.com on your desktop (Win/Mac) and sign in with the same Adobe ID and then:

Select 'Documents' tab at the top> Adobe Scan> click on the box next to the scan

on the right pane you will see some information, a timestamp is also there

I am attaching a screenshot for your reference.

Let us know if that works for you.

Thanks,

Harsh
