I have scanned many documents over the years, but I can only see the two most recent. Can anyone point me in the right direction or tell me where I need to look.. I'm using the app.

The issue you are referring to is highlighted to the engineering team, and a bug is logged. This will be fixed in the upcoming update.
In the meantime, please check if you can see your documents on Cloud Storage.

I've also discovered that all of my files in the Adobe Scan app have disappeared. I've checked the cloud and there is nothing there. What should I do?

That's great for future users, but what about people who have lost their scans? Are you saying there is no way for me to retrieve them?

Same issue here. I've lost 3 large files that I scanned at a courthouse an hour away. They arent in the cloud either. So are you saying I need to make another 2 hour round trip to rescan everything again. What assurance do I have that they will be there when I return to the office?

Hello,
The scans are not lost. However, due to the bug, they are not accessible at the moment using the Adobe Scan application.
I suggest you try using the online portal with the same credentials and check if you can access the files there: https://acrobat.adobe.com/

Are you logged in with the same email address on which you have the subscription?
If not, you will not be able to see the documents saved on the portal.
