I have a need for a very basic form that almost acts as a coversheet. The first person fills out a project code, a date, and 1 - 5 different subproject titles. Then signs it and routes it to a second person.
The second person reviews the form, adds some comments, attaches 5 pdf files, one xls file, and one csv file, and a "work" file for each project. Then signs it and forwards it to the third person.
The third person reviews the form and the attachments (he has the local programs that open those file types), makes some comments, and then signs off on it.
Environment: All users have Adobe Reader. All users have GlobalSign AATL certificates.
Questions: Can this be done without Javascript or special coding on the form? I was trying to use the comment field but not having much luck.
IF this can be done, do I need Adobe Sign, or can it be done within Reader?
