Hello everyone,

I tried signing my PDF using Acrobat Pro 2017 and it prompted me to "sign in" which then prompted me to "create a new account".

I accidentally created a new account with an incorrect email address and now I keep getting prompted to verify my email which I can't because its an incorrect email address.

I've tried creating a new PDF but still the same thing.

Please help!

Thanks

You can change the email address associated with your Adobe ID account. In Acrobat, go to Help > Manage my account (let me know if you don't see this in Acrobat 2017). This will launch a browser window where you can change your Adobe ID information.

Hi Alita,

Thanks for your eply.

I tried to change the email and I get another error?

"Primary email (Adobe ID) must have a valid value" ?

The email address i'm entering is a valid one?
