I changed the account email address and now I don't manage to connect to adobe sign.
Can you help me ?
It seems that the email address that you used for the current Adobe Sign account was already registered under another account.
In this case, you will need to first free your email address from the other registered account.
Then you will be able to use it for the current account.
If you remember the password for your other account, you may try changing the email address for that account using the steps mentioned here Change your e-mail address
If that does not help, you will need to contact support.
