Add in-line image using Adobe sign (individual license)

Hi I have just purchased adobe sign individual license (we are a small company) I want to add an inline image for new employee job offers to upload an image of their passprot and can see add an inline image is the correct feature, but in my manage forms section, it does not appear after 'Radio Button' how do i turn on this feature please ?  Many Thanks, Helen.

Can you share a screenshot of what you're getting?

When you say inline image are you referring to allow a user to sign using yheir company logo?

Or how to brand your user Account with company logo?
