Adding Payment Intergrations to Template Contracts

I'm trying to add payment intergrations to our contract. I want clients to be able to sign their contract and pay their retainer all at once. When I go to account settings there is no "Payment Intergration" option for me to enable like all of the tutorials say. There is also no "Payment" field in the contract template. Does anyone know how to get this even started?
