Hi,

 

I can't log in to adobe Fill & Sign on my iphone or ipad. 

When I enter my Username and Password I get the following error message: "Sign In Operation Fail"

I have two form authentication turned on.

I see the screen to enter the security code for a split second before the error message pops up. I also get a text message with the security code.

Please help

Sorry for the delay in response.

 

As you get the error while signing to the application, please uninstall the application and reboot the device.

Then re-install the application and try to sign in. 

Please ensure that the application is updated and the internet connection is not intermittent.

Could you please confirm the application and OS version on the device?

It would be helpful if you can share the screenshot of the error message you get.

I followed your suggestion above without any luck. 

iPad OS: 13.2

iPhone OS: 13.2

Fill & Sign Version: 19.04.00

 

See attached screen shot of the error message. As you can see on top of the screenshot, I receive the security code but the error message is preventing from entering.

Please try once to turn off the two form authentication and check if the error still appears.

Do you have any alternate device to check if the issue occurs on that device too?

I'm able to sign in when the two form authentication is turned off. Will there be a fix for this issue? what is the purpose of two form authentication if it doesn't work with all the Adobe apps?

Glad it worked.

I would suggest to enable the two form authentication again. Please make sure you sign out of the application before that.

Once you enable the option and reboot the device before signing in.

I followed your suggestion above and was not able to sign in with two form authentication enabled. I do get a text message with the code but the app gives me the error message I get to the screen to enter the code.
