Adobe send for signature not working

I am able to 'fill and sign' a PDF but when I send for signature the page just freezes with a round ball circling. 

I have urgent contracts to get signed this week and this is very frustrating.

I am using a MAC and have not had any problems prior to this week.  I am uninstalled Adobe and reinstalled.  I have tried to manage the whole process in the cloud and the same thing happens.

Can anyone assist?

Hi Sally,

Sorry for the delay in response.

I have checked that the service is active and working fine now.

It seems that there was some intermittent issue occurred that time.

Hope that all is working fine now.
