How do I set up a recipient to receive a document after it has been signed by others but does not need their signature? Thanks

You can add such a recipient as a CC to the agreement. Or you can set such a recipient as an automatic cc in your account settings.

I use the enterprise version, it allows for an approved, that gets the document after signing. But now the approver will have to approve the document which may not be ideal.
