ADOBE Sign services included in K12 Named (500+) licenses?

I'm wondering if K12 Named licenses can use ADOBE Sign services... Because users can be younger than 16, allowing them to sign looks something strange.

Adobe Sign can be accessed by any licensed user.  With that, the legality of how a particular signature workflow is created or any other compliance concerns or questions would require the guidance of your legal counsel.
