I recently installed creative cloud all apps which includes Adobe Acrobat Pro DC.  I am not able to use send for signature.  It keeps asking me to upgrade and then when I click upgrade it says start now.  When I click start now it takes me back to upgrade.  I'm pulling my hair out and I have a document I MUST get out to be signed.  Please help!

Hey Suzdaniels,

We apologize for the delay in response to your query. And really sorry to hear about the frustrating experience.

With the Adobe Acrobat DC subscription, you do get the Adobe Sign individual service so you should be able to access "Send For Signature" feature.

  • However, if it doesn't let you access the service then you may check the exact version of the application you are working on? Whether its Adobe Reader DC or Acrobat DC.

  • Or you can check the exact name of the app at upper left hand corner. Does it says Adobe Acrobat DC  (as shown in picture below)or Adobe Reader DC?

I am gettign this same issue. I cant use to request signature feature which I thought came with Adobe Acrobat Pro DC... It tells me to upgrade to use this feature. Very frustrating.

Below picture is the version I am on trial with. Is it possible I cant access it because I am still on trial? Im scared to subscribe because the main reason I want this version is to request signatures which doesnt seem to be something I can do with Adobe Acrobat Pro DC unless I 'upgrade'  and pay for adobe sign.
