What is causing this?
I have > 1100 signed documents ... how can I for example, archive or delete all documents from a certain date or earlier?
If you are still experiencing the issue and Adobe Sign Manage tab does not help, then I would suggest once to get in contact with the support team to get this checked.

Once you open the link, sign in with your Adobe ID and select the option from the list provided.
They will check your account and help you with the issue.

I have checked that you are using the Adobe Sign for the individual.
When you go to For signature on Document Cloud, please enable the radio tab for Adobe Sign Manage on left on the screen.
On the Manage page, go to the Signed tab and check if you can find your documents.

This does not always work. The 30 days refresh link does not always appear.
