Agreement Post request : Error Signer identity verification method not allowed by account settings

We are trying to make a post call for agreement with a customer adobe account and getting error

Same JSON request works well with my demo account. Please let us know if anybody recevied this error and is there any setting in adobe account which needs to be corrected
