Agreement sent but status is "Draft" - Salesforce Adobe Sign

I created an agreement template and it's working fine when I click on button agreement is sent but agreement status is "draft".

When I click on the Send button I get an error that agreement is already sent.

When I sign the agreement mappings are not triggered and status is still "draft".

Any solutions?

ensure your automatic status updates have been configured correctly. (Go to adobe sign admin tab and find the setting on the right hand side)
