Hello All,

I have followed the complete process of integrating Adobe Sign with MS CRM. Everything went well and I can see 'Adobe Sign' as part of my CRM now. But, when I go to an agreement, I am receiving the following error:

1.JPG

Unhandled Exception: System.ServiceModel.FaultException`1[[Microsoft.Xrm.Sdk.OrganizationServiceFault, Microsoft.Xrm.Sdk, Version=8.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=31bf3856ad364e35]]: Cannot deserialize the current JSON array (e.g. [1,2,3]) into type 'AdobeSignPlugins.EchoSignModel.ResponseModels+DocumentLibraryItems' because the type requires a JSON object (e.g. {"name":"value"}) to deserialize correctly.

To fix this error either change the JSON to a JSON object (e.g. {"name":"value"}) or change the deserialized type to an array or a type that implements a collection interface (e.g. ICollection, IList) like List<T> that can be deserialized from a JSON array. JsonArrayAttribute can also be added to the type to force it to deserialize from a JSON array.

Greetings!

Without getting into the technical root cause, the summation of the problem is that this error is generated when there are no documents in the Adobe Sign library.

If you log into your Adobe Sign Admin account, and upload any kind of document into the library, the problem should resolve.

This type of error is specific to version 5.x of the Dynamics integration, and is not present in the (not yet released) version 6 package.

Hi

This has not resolved the issue. I have added a new template and the issue persists.

Hi Dipesh,

I'm sorry to hear that the solution provided did not solve your issue.

At this point the best option would be to open a case with the support team who can directly assess your account and contact developers to dig deeper into your specific error.

You can open a case by logging in to Adobe Sign, and clicking the question mark in the upper right corner:

2017-06-22_10-58-30.png

Support will want to know the OS and browser you are using.

Also they will need to know your installed package version of Dynamics, if it's online or on-premises, and the downloaded log that you can get by clicking the Download Log File button on the error panel.
