Can I allow a signer to mark up a document and have any previous signers initial the changes?

Sorry for the delay in response.

If you are referring to allow the signer to add markups to the document and make the changes to the previous signer initials.

It is not possible in Adobe sign account.

In Adobe sign, you can only fill the form fields and add the signature.

You cannot add markups to a document in Adobe Sign.

There are only a few roles that can be assigned to a signer.

Refer this help document Adobe Sign Roles for Recipients for details information.
