Can't add user in Adobe Sign

My + icon (add user) has changed to another icon only letting me update users or adding users through CSV file - which just tells me, that the user I'm trying to add is not a user... I would really like some assistance, please.

As you have mentioned above, the add user icon has changed to another icon.

Are you still experiencing an issue in adding users to the account? If yes, would you mind sharing the screenshot fo the option you are referring to?

Also, let us know the exact message you get when trying to add a user via the CSV file.

If the issue is resolved already, please update the forum thread.
