Can't Search/View Documents Past 45 Days

Over the last few months, we've started getting this message whenever we search our docs:

"Due to the size of your account, only agreements from the last 45 days were loaded."

We need to be able to search back infinitely. Why is this happening and how can it be fixed?

Thanks,

Stephanie

Hi Troyfdgf,

In Adobe Sign account you can view the documents of last 45 days only until the Advanced search mode is not enabled.

If you need to view the older documents, you have to contact support and ask them to enable the "Advanced Search mode" for your account.

Please refer the steps mentioned below to create the support case for the same:

Please refer the steps mentioned below to create the support case for the same:

  • Login to your Adobe Sign account directly via https://secure.echosign.com/public/login
  • Once logged in, check the upper right corner of the page and click the question mark icon.
  • It will re-direct you to the page where you will get the option to create the support case or contact support via chat.
