We are sending this kind of docs every day, now suddenly we are receiving following mentioned error

Looking at the error message shared above, I assume that you are referring to "Signature can not be loaded"?
If this is the case, could you please confirm if you have recently changed your Adobe ID to new email address? If yes, then you may share the email address via private message.
The issue arises when the Adobe ID is being changed but the E-Sign account is not automatically updated if there is already an E-Sign account with the new email address.
