I'm locked out of the ability to route important documents for signature with the error message given in the title. Has anybody experienced this issue? How can it be corrected? I'm on a full, paid Adobe Creative Cloud subscription and all the support links seem to all end up here in the forums.

I finally found a way to contact a real person at Adobe and after a couple of levels of escalation they were able to solve my problem. Apparently email address changes associated with an Adobe ID do not always propagate correctly to Adobe Sign (Echosign) properly.
