cant find Advanced Form Fields

for some reason i dont have acsess any more to Advanced Form Fields  - i dont know why.

could you please help ?

Can you please elaborate exactly which advanced form fields are you referring to?

You will get access to all the fields once you click on "Next" after you checkmark "Preview & Add Signature Fields" checkbox on the send page.
