I believe that @Aleksander Legenc  is using Acrobat Sign enterprise licensing plan or Adobe Acrobat Sign for Teams subscription because phone and password  authentication seems to be available with those plans only at this time:

How you are trying to add signature to the document? Please share the complete workflow.

I believe that @Aleksander Legenc  is using Acrobat Sign enterprise licensing plan or Adobe Acrobat Sign for Teams subscription because phone and password  authentication seems to be available with those plans only at this time:

 

 

 

The individual plan that is shipped with Adobe Acrobat only allows to share  and authenticate with email and password.

 

Based on what I'm reading, currenrly only US numbers are supported through  different carriers, in which case @Aleksander Legenc you may need to contact Acrobat Sign support directly at:
