Hi,
I tried to change the main email address on my adobe sign account from my personal email (the one I bought Adobe sign with) to my work email as I am using it primarily for work.
After changing the email in the menu, it now says I haven't purchased Adobe sign in either my personal or work email. Please help.

I see that you have the Adobe Sign individual account which is active and working fine.
Could you please confirm if you are still experiencing the issue.
