Changing a radio button to check box style issue.

Hi there, i'm trying to style my radio button to be like check boxes in a generated PDF.

I'm also using short codes.

The tag is as follows.

{{#0=(Yes)SIT30816_es_:signer1:style(check):dimension(width=5mm,height=5mm)}}
{{#1=(No)SIT30816_es_:signer1:style(check):dimension(width=5mm,height=5mm)}}

The style(check) does not seem sto be working.

Apart from that, the radio buttons work fine.

Hi Andrew, 

Apologies for the delay in response. 

Please note that for the following tags, a radio button with check box format is created after the document is completed.

{{(#0=(Yes)SIT30816_es_:signer1:style(check):dimension(width=5mm,height=5mm)}}

{{(#1=(Yes)SIT30816_es_:signer1:style(check):dimension(width=5mm,height=5mm)}}

When the agreement is received, the box does appears as a regular radio button.

However, after its signed it will revert to a check box.
