I understand the many reasons you would not want to do this, however, is it possible to alter the information entered on a document after signatures have been applied? For example, if a user puts their address as 1234 fakestreet dr. and they actually live at 1235 fakestreet (but we don't catch that until its already been signed), can that be changed either on that line or as a replacement of hte underlying form (but preserve signatures)? Alternatively, is there a way to send a document back to the original person who filled it out to make changes?

EDIT: I see this similar issue

https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat/entering-data-after-digital-signature/td-p/11000674?page=1

So is there a way to bounce a form back to the person completing it to make changes?
