Can someone please tell me what is happening with ADOBE's Signature feature?   The Esigning for my document was completed by all parties at 9:16AM; however the file was

not distributed  until 9:04PM.  I have been using this feature for a couple years; and have never had a problem with response times.... Is this a transmission or space issue?   Worse is that I am now having problems referring the issue to a technical support expert - the only support I am able to locate deals with login, installation or tutorial type issues... Where does one refer technical issues (involving use of the products)?  (The product is Adobe Acrobat Reader DC:  Windows 10:  Email transmission between ADOBE & AOL)

Please Help!
