Hello,
We manage an Adobe Enterprise portal and wanted to know, if we terminate a users access how do we set it up for someone else to see their documents? We found where to find the inactive users and delegate a signer but not how to see the documents they've been working on.

Hello, have you tried doing Account Sharing? https://helpx.adobe.com/sign/using/share-accounts.html . Account administrators can share the deactivated account to another account.
