I had a signed document and needed to cancel it.. the only option available was to delete which under the "?" for it stated clearly that:
"When you delete an agreement, it will be moved into the Canceled/Decline section"
and it was NOT! It completely disappeared from the Signed area.
How do I get this fixed?... also why was no notice emailed about the document cancelation and why do external links to the signed document still permit viewing of the document (with just a status of DELETED)????

I have the same question!
And when I did cancel a document previously due to an error in the document, my client was notified of the cancellation.
Now I have to delete the document, and the client is NOT notified.
This is not helpful at all.
