Attempting to send a document, sign it and send it back. I have a MAC.
It shows the document has been sent, above is the message.
e-mails are not arriving to 2 different e-mail addresses.
Checked spam / junk and looked for items in folders
I have received purchase and instruction e-mails to my computer from Adobe (not blocked?)
Turned off firewall and sent again, no luck.
A friend has the same software, he sent a contract to me and I received it.

If yes, please make sure that the email address that you have added as the recipients are correct.
You may check the document under 'Out for Signature" on the Adobe Sign manage tab.
If that is not the case, you will need to contact support team to get this checked.
