Hi there,
Question is regarding Adobe Sign. A document was sent from one of our staff members to few signees but one of them can't able to Sign. Every time he signs it tells him to sign on the line. He tried to sign by using iPad and iPhone. He has the same issue with previous documents.

Generally this error message is related to the positioning of the signature and only occurs when drawing a signature. The other options include uploading an image of the signature or typing the signature where this error should not occur.
The safest bet would be to try to eSign through the line with a larger signature or get in touch with our 24x7 Support team to see if there is a technical underlying issue.
