Drop-down option changes itself - Adobe sign

Heb een formulier samengesteld met daarin een vervolgkeuzelijst met daarin 3 keuzemogelijkheden n.v.t. / ja / nee. Wanneer ik het formulier mail om in te vullen en te ondertekenen dan is de keuze nee gewijzigd in geboren?? Hoe kan ik dit verhelpen? Groet Ben

Hi Ben,

As you have mentioned that you have created the dropdown fields with options Not Applicable, Yes and No. When the user open the form, the No option changes to Born. Not sure how it get converted to born.

Could you please let us know how exaclty you jave created the document? Did you create in Acrobat and upload it to Adobe Sign? Or you have directly added the form field in the Adobe Sign interface?

Would you mind to create a new test document and add the Drop-down field with same options? Sent it to your alternate email address and let us know if it changes again.
