I tried changing my email address by clicking the "Change email address" link under the email address on my profile page. I got the error message: "Unhandled Error: 151002092631125.ord-prod-app4".
I received an email at the new email address I entered, asking me to "activate my account". I clicked on the link in the email. It brings me to my account and my old email address still shows up on my profile page. I tried logging off and could only log on with my old email address. The new email address does not work.
Please help.

Thanks for your reply, aadeshs76610910‌.
I'm unable to access the "Support" feature in the document cloud to submit a question. What I'm able to access when I'm logged in is some sort of a search function that proposes relevant articles to my question. I'm a non-paying customer and I suspect that could be the reason.
How else can I get help? Will the error be fixed soon?
