Our clients are getting the following error when trying to sign our documents:


Can anyone give us information on how to solve this error?

Hi Martynr,

 

As you have mentioned above, the clients get error message when try to open the document.

Could you please comfirm if the issue occurs with all the documents that you send for signature or with this particular one?

Did you check if you can open the document at your end?
