Error when my customer submits digital signature through Reader/Sign

Hi all,

I setted up the Adobe Sign workflow and routed the document to be signed (with the digital signature field assigned to my customer).

She can access the document preview, download it and open through Adobe Reader to add her signature. But in the moment she does so, the following message appears:

Therefore, the document remains at this stage and does not progress, as proven by my panel in Adobe Sign.

My customer represents a huge multinational telecommunication company and the certificate, issued by the company as a CA, is valid up to 2021.

Can you please help me?
