New user - trying to build a document that re-uses a field value multiple times in the document.    Can this be done?

Also, for extra credit - is there anyway to 'flow' the text into the document?

Thanks!

Depends on what you mean with 're-use'. if you mean can you duplicate a field in a form, so that the value entered in one field is duplicated in the other fields, then yes this can be done.

No such thing as flow when dealing with PDF files. The best you can do is to hide and show text, but hiding text leaves a blank space.
