Fill forms without requiring signature/Edit filled forms

Hello! I'm creating a project request form, and I need to be able to send it to people to fill out without requiring them to download the form or sign it, and I need to be able to revise the form data when it's sent back (people tend to fill it out incorrectly). Is there a way to do that with Adobe Sign? If not, is there another program that you've found works well for this sort of thing?

Here's what I'm trying to figure out how to do in a nutshell:

  1. Send a form to be filled out without requiring a signature.
  2. Edit a filled form.
  3. Accomplish the two above points online without requiring folks to download the form.

Thank you for your help!

Hi ZDB,

As you have mentioned above, you do not need a signature on the document.

In that case, you can assign the "Approver" role to the signer.

So, when the recipient will receive the PDF form, he will just add the information on the form.

There will be no signature field add on the document.

Refer to this help document Adobe Sign Roles for Recipients for more information.

However, the option is available only in business level accounts.

I have checked that you are using the Adobe Sign individual account.

Then you have mentioned that once you get the form, you need to edit it.

It is not possible with Adobe Sign. Once the field is filled and submitted, you cannot make any changes to them.

You have also mentioned that you do not need the user to download the document.

For that, you will need to contact the support team. They may check if that can be possible for your account.
